Ordering was difficult, everytime asking company id even i am just person. I tried 1 hour order before i get it. Packet is still somewhere so we havent got the stick.
It looking that if i would drive myself its faster than order Sweden to Finland 🤯🥶

I bought an innebandy stick that broke after only 5–6 normal uses when it hit another player’s stick. I’ve played for over 15 years and have never had a stick break like this.

My warranty claim was handled poorly, with dismissive responses, and was denied without a fair review. I was told to send the stick to the manufacturer, then informed they had “already received a response” and rejected the claim again.

I do not recommend this company due to poor product quality and disappointing customer service.

One of the rackets i bought broke pretty fast from smashing which should not happen and Ongoal was fast to help me and accepted to give me a gift card instead of a new racket of the same brand.

Dette ER den beste gripe til racket,- ingen tvivl om det. Men det er jo feil at pakken koster mye mer just because one wants it faster. When paying the lesser amount, one must wait much longer time.
