Your agent in the phone was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The only problem encountered was that I could not print the policy document. Your second agent I contacted about this told me she would post out the documents to me in about two weeks. It would be helpful if you emailed the documents to me as well but without the password being required as I believe that this is what prevented me from printing it.
