I like Jooble very much because everyone who is searching for a fair (at least?) job position to find with easy navigation and filters which someone actually needed like Job position, preferred City are of course very helpful and the site is absolutely great for everyone's needs which are different. A frustrating experience with Jooble’s application tracking and customer support
I applied for two job positions through Jooble and received email confirmations for both applications. However, when I logged into my account, neither application was recorded.
To clarify the situation, I submitted a support ticket to customer service. I received no response. When I checked my account again to follow up on the issue, I discovered that the ticket itself had disappeared, and the system showed no open tickets.
This raises serious concerns about the reliability of Jooble’s application tracking system and the effectiveness of its customer support. If applicants cannot trust the platform to record their applications correctly or even keep track of their support requests, what is the point of using it?
I expected a reliable job search platform, not a system where both applications and support tickets seem to vanish without explanation.

When you apply for these positions, you are redirected to the original source website to complete your application. Once you submit your application, you receive an email confirmation. However, these applications do not appear in the “Applied Jobs” section of your Jooble account, as the application process takes place on an external platform.
