Beautiful Quality, but Expensive Returns
Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the dress and corset. Unfortunately, the style I chose just didn’t suit my body shape and seemed better suited for someone taller. I needed a dress for my brother’s wedding and was planning to try a few other styles from your website, but unfortunately, the shipping and return costs make that difficult. I spent around $100 just on shipping and returning the dress, which simply isn’t worth it.

Terrible Company with no Customer Service
The second order in one week that this company canceled on us. I ordered this dress with expedited shipping because I needed it urgently. It took them FOUR DAYS to realize they don’t have this dress as well. I thought the first time I ordered they made an honest mistake and they accidentally sold something they thought they had in stock. Now I know this company can’t manage their product and what’s worse is the customer service is horrible. Two cancellations, not a call or email apologizing with an explanation. Just a basic generic email letting me know they cancelled my order.

The dress is wonderful, I felt like a princess in it, I've worn it 3 times so far and it's very comfortable. I chose it for my graduation and it was very elegant. It can be combined with different styles and colors.

I will absolutely purchase again from this brand. Incredible, prompt customer service. My cart malfunctioned when I purchased a gown and I wanted up ordering a size 10 when I needed a size 4, I emailed customer service and the next day I had an email back and they corrected my order before it went to shipping -that’s like unheard of. 10/10 and amazing quality

Pink Lace Back Dress
I ordered the pink lace up back dress for my Granddaughter's college rush experience. This was going to be the dress for the big reveal night. She was so excited about this dress. Unfortunately, she had to be hospitalized and was a little later trying it on. Finally she had the opportunity to try on her dream dress! Unbelievably, the dress was a better fit for her 12 year old sister than for her. She usually wears a small but not this dress. Hugh disappointment! Then it costed over $60 to return. And the return process stated to add tracking info to return request. I added this info in the proper area for both us to track. However, the instructions said to also add to the return request form or refund might not be process. I could not find another area in which to add the number too. We will not be ordering again from Milla. Our experience was a rather costly mistake.

I purchased a dress online from Milla…
I purchased a dress online from Milla to wear for my upcoming rehearsal dinner in September. The dress arrived quickly, and although the quality (fabric etc) didn't really seem to be what I'd have expected given the high price tag, the dress was cute and I was excited to wear it. Unfortunately their size chart seemed to be WAY off as the dress in the size I matched up with online didn't even close when I tried it on. I only tried it on once and immediately sent it back to them, arriving less than a week after they shipped it out with the big return ribbon still attached. However, they deducted $50 from my refund claiming "damages" due to "makeup" on the inside of the dress. The issue being I tried it on once immediately after showering and there's no way that makeup was from me. Either it was already there when I received the dress, or they have one dirty, damaged dress they use in photos to try to avoid having to refund customers in full and scam an extra $50 off their returns (there's no way to tell if it's the same exact dress or not that they photographed). I am filing a dispute with my credit card company to recover the remaining $50 I'm owed as there's no way I should be paying $50 fro trying on a dress that was horribly mis-sized once. I also ordered the next size up from Nordstrom but will be returning it immediately, still in box, as I have ZERO desire now to support a company that treats its customers this way and I would suggest you don't either. Not sure how a company that's charging $500+ for dresses thinks they'll stay in business if this is how they operate
