Italcalde good products Misleading Website
Italcalde has a good variety of Products but what is letting down is that their website compels you to split your order and you end up paying for shipping double.
They also state that all order over €39 are exempt from shipping cost. However when I told them that I am being charged for shipping they told us that it is only for Italy and this is stated nowhere in their website.
They never apologised or compensated for their misleading website.

C’è il limite di peso per gli ordini, non è colpa nostra se aveva esigenza di una fornitura importante, come sicuramente saprà Malta ha dei costi di spedizione molto alti. Comunque abbiamo evaso il suo ordine in meno di 2 ore speriamo che sui prossimi ordini avrà piacere di lasciare una recensione migliore di questa 😉
