I asked Barbara if it is possible to ship an ice cream machine to Germany. It was no problem for her and the shipping cost was reasonable. The processing of the order was very fast and Barbara is always answering questions very fast. I ordered Friday and on Wednesday the machine arrived in Germany, very fast.

I can recommend this company for German buyers. Also the prices are much better than German prices. She does net pricing for you if you give the VAT.

GOOD SERVICE KEEP IT UP

The buying of our spiral machine was made very easy and we were constantly kept informed of the status of delivery. Even though the delivery took a long time because we live in Tenerife an island in the middle of nowhere we were updated daily as to where and when the spiral mixer would arrive. Upon arrival the machine was perfectly packaged. The machine is of excellent quality and made our 10kg of pizza dough at 80% hydration without any problem. A big thank you to the company and the lady that kept us up to date with every movement from Italy to Tenerife. I highly recommend the company.

I placed a request to buy the Famag im 10s spiral mixer and from the first time I dropped a WhatsAppe message inquiring if they ship to Saudi Arabia or not and the resp9nse was immediate with positive answer. The mixer arrived within 2 weeks from the payment placement. The mixer arrived intact and working perfectly. I asked them to change the plus from European into UK type which they also did.
