the great customer service that dealt with the problem in such a well mannered fashion!!!

Horrible customer service. Bought two scooters and extended warranty on both in May and both have had many issues and not able to ride them for over a month now. Sent in a warranty claim and they said they didn’t get it. Sent in another warranty claim and they got it but didn’t hear anything back until I called twice and had to put in another warranty claim. Since then I have sent in 8 videos and they keep asking for more videos of the same issue. Nothing has been resolved. Would not recommend buying from them

I’m extremely happy with this scooter. It has great power, feels solid and well built, and the ride is very smooth. The suspension handles bumps really well and the speed is impressive. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Not impressed with processing and shipping. Order was placed early in the morning they didnt process the order till end of day making it so order wont be shipped till after long weekend! product still not shipped the following busniess day! I hope the product is good because shipping is beyond terrible!

I had a stressful situation when my scooter was stolen and the battery ended up damaged. However, iScooter’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and helped me claim my warranty without any hassle. Thank you so much for the prompt assistance and excellent support. Kudos to the whole team! 👏

I purchased the IX7PRO for my 14y/o grandson, something beyond my control or iScooters control happened. With calm heads and great communication We came to the perfect arrangement to get my grandson back up and rolling. This was a very adverse situation that iScooter approached with 100% customer service and customer appreciation. Im not giving them 5 stars for no reason, However they earned them!

I had some issues with the Battery on my scooter. The customer service team were great to deal with, responded on every email and figured it out!

We love iscooter, we have purchased 4 scooters for our boys in less than a year. The ix3 is great, they're fast and provide great entertainment. Shipping is fast, very easy to assemble. Great scooters and have recommended to friends and family.

The scooter worked well for about a month and nothing but problems since. Customer service is hard to deal with and they do not provide efficient warranty for the poor quality scooter.

Had an issue with ix8 reached out to customer service and they were awesome, they sunt me a brand new scooter and even credited my debit card for the distress it caused me. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a new battery for my iscooter and received a faulty battery. They said there was no warranty on it. They do not back their products.

Great costumer services, the Iscooter came in with good condition, it goes the same speed as listed and is good for small rideouts, it has long lasting battery and it doesn’t take much time to fully charge, the Iscooter I9M is perfect.

My 13 year old son purchased this to go to his friends last summer. He rode it for approximately 4 months and it stopped running. We worked through finding the cause with the company which went well. It ended up being the control module in the handle that had obvious corrosion on it. The iscooter told us it occasionally happens from the factory and they know about the issue. They told us they would send us a replacement part but that they were on back order. After approximately 6 weeks we emailed them for an update. They said they did not have the parts yet but could give us a 15% discount on a new scooter. This was obviously not what we wanted so we said we would wait until the part came in. We checked in several weeks later again and they told us they would not be able to replace the part and could only offer us the 15% discount. This was obviously unsatisfactory to us.
My son loved this scooter when it worked but I would not suggest buying it due to durability issues and lack of warranty/customer service. When troubleshooting the issue the were very responsive but obviously the company does not warranty their product despite what the website suggests.

Hi a bought a scooter with a 12 month warranty am glad a did because a had a problem with the scooter it stopped working within a month but its a chance u take buying anything but its how the company deal with the problem they where fine contacted them through email they took it back at there cost fixed it speedily and sent back out and gave me an extra warranty and let u pick something from there range of safety stuff a picked a bag thar goes on the scooter so a would like yo thank them for there response to the problem

They are a reliable company who are very professional. The product I purchased is great and arrived in a respectable time frame. The customer service has been great too.

I bought an electric scooter from iScooter and within a few months it developed a serious fault. The scooter became unsafe to use, and instead of offering a proper repair or a like-for-like replacement under UK consumer law, iScooter kept hiding behind their own 30-day returns policy.

Despite me reporting the fault within six months, they refused to follow what I understand to be their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They tried to push “solutions” such as a refurbished scooter or offers that involved me paying more money, rather than simply fixing or replacing the faulty product they sold me.

Because of their behaviour, I have taken advice from Citizens Advice and am in the process of having the matter referred to Trading Standards. I have kept a full record of emails showing how they have dragged this out instead of dealing with the problem in a fair and straightforward way.

After my experience, I looked more closely at their online reviews. In my opinion, many of the positive Google reviews look very similar in tone and timing and do not match what I and a number of other unhappy customers have gone through. It does not feel like a trustworthy reflection of the service I actually received.

I would not buy from iScooter again and I would strongly warn others to be very careful before handing over any money.

I ordered the i9m scooter for my son without knowing he had already purchased one. So I went through the return process since I no longer needed it. The staff was very helpful and assisted me as needed. Everything went smoothly. As for the quality of the scooter. We already have the exact same scooter for my other son and it seems to be a great product.
