These clothes are really comfortable, I want to start with that first. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with my order, but that was solved very neatly with the help of Jonah. They were super helpful and I understood very clearly what the plan was and what was expected of me. I am super grateful for this. Customer service contacted me personally right away and they were super kind and seemed willing to help me with what I needed. It was also very nice to see that I was communicating with a real person and not a robot.

Hani and Luisa were so lovely when communicating to me via email about a tee I ordered that happened to be out of stock. The emails were so well worded, clear, while also displaying such humility and kindness. I really appreciated it and can’t wait to receive my baby tee in the near future!

My experience with Inprintwetrust was so amazing because, of its extremely helpful community service and quality. Even though the shipping took a lot longer than I wanted and my package got lost and had to be reshipped. The Inprintwetrust team took great care of me. They responded immediately about the slow delivery and found out that my package was lost. They gave me a 25% off discount for the slow delivery and when they found out my package was lost replaced it in no time! They team member I had was Jonah who was extremely kind and helpful during this situation. I would definitely recommend this clothing service to anyone.

I had run into an issue with my order- the product i had ordered was not in stock. Despite the inconvenience, the company formally reached out to me and helped me look for other options in which i ended up finding something much more suitable to my liking. In Print we Trust is an amazing brand and I am a big fan of their cotton tees, specifically the baby tees and thank you to Hani and everyone else who helped ❤️ favourite brand ever!!!

Love this brand. Such cute prints and customer service is great. Jonah got everything sorted really quickly when I raised a minor issue and was very grateful for this easy, speedy process.

I placed an order for a grey cat and witch baby tee and unfortunately I was emailed saying the grey was currently out of stock. I was given a range of options from Jonah (from I assume customer service) and I ended up choosing to wait until it came back into stock. Jonah was FANTASTIC at keeping me updated and making sure I was happy with my choice the whole way since I did have to wait a few weeks, and always asked if I wanted to trade to a different tee instead or have a refund. His excellent communication was what made me feel confident with sticking with it and waiting and I’m glad I did. As soon as it came back into stock he emailed me directly to let me know that it’s being shipped to me asap. Literally within a day it was at my doorstep! Really recommend this company, feels very personal and trustworthy, and big shout out to Jonah!

I had such a wonderful experience with the customer service at In Print We Trust. Unfortunately, my original order was lost in transit due to an issue with the courier company. When I reached out, Jonah responded incredibly quickly and was so kind, understanding and helpful throughout the entire process.

He personally looked into the situation, kept me updated and clearly explained what had happened. Once the courier confirmed that the parcel could no longer be tracked, Jonah immediately offered to send me a complete replacement at no extra cost.

Although the delivery issue itself was outside the company’s control, the way Jonah handled everything completely turned the experience around. I never felt dismissed or left wondering what was happening, and I really appreciated how genuinely caring and helpful he was. This is honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, and it has made me feel even more confident purchasing from In Print We Trust again. Thank you so much, Jonah! 💗

I had some trouble with the shipping of two of my jumpers -due to the couriers not the company themselves- so reached out to customer service to check what was happening with them. I was put o to contact with Jonah who not only explained the entire issue to me so I could stay in the loop but also made sure to amend the issue so i could receive i parcel asap. 10/10 customer service.

My order is exactly as shown on the website despite my order being slightly later than i expected once emailing a worker Jonah replied the next day explaining the issue and was very sincere in his apologies. What great customer service will definitely buy again.

super easy, great website

I ordered five of the baby tees which i absolutely adored…until i washed them. They straight up went bally and they're practically falling apart, loose thread everywhere. Do not waste your money
