exploitative hiring process. working without pay for 2 weeks then offering $1.50/hr for the job. look for better clients elsewhere
They offer $250 per month to applicants in the Philippines.
Exploitative company that expects weeks of unpaid training, then pays a miserable $1.50 an hour with no job security whatsoever.
They are the very definition of exploitation! 2 week unpaid apprenticeship? Who thought that was a good idea? Their compensation doesn't even meet the minimum wage here anymore.
If they are exploiting their own employees, it's scary to think who else are they exploiting.
Exploitative offer that can only attract mediocre (at best) talent. Additionally, they expect applicants to undergo 2 weeks of unpaid "apprenticeship" before accepting the applicant without guarantees they will get the job. Please do better
They Exploit their applicants
Aside from unreasonable compensation of $1.50/hr, they also require you to do apprenticeship work without pay for 2 weeks. Even then there's no guarantee that you can continue working with them after the apprenticeship. No bonuses, benefits, what kind of talent are you going to get from people getting paid with that rate?
I wouldn't trust my business to companies that underpays their employees. You wouldn't expect quality service from that.
Great Support Company.
Especially for the support worker known as Wajih. He has helped me resolve a hard issue.
