Booked a course

Booked a course, was told that on the booking site that it's a day course. No notice anywhere that it shows that there is a 2 hour online course to go with it. No emails apart from a booking receipt, then I'm told that my staff cannot attend the course because I should have had an email or read the terms and conditions on the Hurak website that it says it in the fine print. We should have known and setup our own account online to access the courses. What a complete joke. So i'm now 2 staff wages lost and they are full now for a month to re do the course. Never again will I trust these incompetent people to do such an easy job.

Mustapha the great ( SIA TRAINER)

The room and facilities were very good. The staff were polite and helpful.More importantly, the trainer , Mustapha did very well. He has indepth knowledge in security and has the required teaching skills and temperament. He is really amazing and his delivery exceeded my expectations.
