Me vendieron una licencia ya en uso. Tras mas de una treintena de correos a soporte, haberles enviado fotos, capturas, ¡videos!.. seguían dando largas alegando que era imposible. Pidiendo pruebas que, al no poder vincular la licencia a mi cuenta, no podía aportar.
El agente que de soporte que me atendió carecía de capacitación para resolver nada.
Lamentable.
Por suerte PayPal gestionó mi solicitud de reembolso en unos minutos.

I sent them not only all the screenshots they requested but also a video showing me claiming the key they sold me step-by-step; upon following the activation process, it turned out to be linked to a different email address—on a French server that has absolutely nothing to do with me.
Stop making fools of yourselves, or this won't be the only review you get. I have kept all the emails, screenshots, and videos.
What you’ve been doing is stalling while trying to figure out how to resolve the issue with your supplier—and doing a very poor job of it, too.
If you cannot provide proper support, you shouldn't sell certain types of products.
