I have been selling legitimate keys on…
I have been selling legitimate keys on Kinguin and strictly adhering to all marketplace guidelines. To my shock, my merchant account was suddenly suspended under the claim that I operate "multiple accounts."
This claim makes no sense. I only own and operate a single account, and as everyone knows, merchant verification requires strict personal ID and company documentation—making it impossible to randomly open duplicate accounts.
When contacting customer support, the agents provided zero evidence or specific details regarding their automated flags. They simply throw accusations without proof and close the case with no room for discussion.
Word of advice for prospective sellers: Be extremely careful when doing business here. Your account and efforts can be abruptly terminated without warning, explanation, or clear proof. Very disappointing experience.

Took some time to get a response, but they were realy nice and solved my problem quickly. Other thing that was kinda bad is that they defaulted the refund method to the Kinguin wallet, I would've preferred to get the money refunded to my payment method.
