Bought my 23 Ford Focus through Hertz with the scrappage trade-in. Mark Cleary assisted me. Mark was amazing throughout the process. He was absolutely brilliant. Thanks, Mark. Even with the hiccups that we dealt with, you were a rock, understanding and so supportive thoughout.

In recent months I was enquiring about a car in Cork, Stephen was excellent throughout my search. However I found the car that suits me PERFECTLY in the South Dublin branch where Gautham and Gerry were WONDERFUL, sale process was quick, efficient, and couldn't ask for better customer service .

Visited Hertz car sales on Saturday last, took 2 cars for a test drive, unfortunately we didn't buy on this occasion but Kevin was very helpful. Thank you Kevin.

We had lots of back and forth discussing the new car, finances, along with trading in my old car. Living in a different county, he had no problem driving the car down to make my life easier.
