Great hairbrush—but Return Policy is the Worst! (You pay return postage to Denmark)
I got a great hairbrush, to be fair. However—be wary if you live in the Americas. To return products:
A) you must email them within 14 days.
B) Then send them the item back at your own cost -- you won't be reimbursed for delivery.
C)They're in Denmark, so postage would be crazy.
Don't order their products if you're not 100% sure what you want, because returns are just not reasonable, nor are they at all helpful about it.

Sent an obviously used product
Unfortunately, when the goods arrived, one of them was already opened and clearly used. I immediately took photo after unpacking the box and sent it to the seller. They responded that it happens and the missing space can be just air. Which from the photo i sent them it obviously isn’t ”just air”.
At first I didn’t want to write about it here but then I realised when a customer service gaslights a customer so easily then it’s better for others to get involved and judge. If there’s any place that I can share photos, I will gladly do.

The air inside the tube is intentional and serves a functional purpose, making it easier to dispense the product. This is a standard feature in many cosmetic products, and it does not indicate that the tube is underfilled.

Allergic reaction
I bought their hair products since they were supposedly hypoallergenic. I bought the curl conditioner, curl mousse and curl gel. After using them, my face become red and irritated and it hurt pretty badly. I also got an itchy scalp. My curls split into strands and looked worse than without using styling products. I deeply regret my purchase, especially since the products are so expensive.

Our products are certified by internationally recognized organizations such as EcoCert, COSMOS Organic, and Vegan Society, and we only use mild, natural (non-synthetic) perfumes in very low concentrations. We also avoid the 26 fragrance allergens identified as the highest risk for allergic reactions.
That being said, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that individual sensitivities or allergic reactions will never occur, as allergies can develop to many different ingredients — even natural ones. For this reason, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.

Review for Scalp Delight™ ACV Clarifying Shampoo
I bought the Scalp Delight™ ACV Clarifying Shampoo, it lathers well - but it is quite a thin/watery consistency, which flows out of the bottle too quickly. I don't think it worked very well for my fine, oily hair - as I found my hair looking greasy again just 1 day after washing it with this shampoo. I do, however, appreciate the fact that Hairlust's products are organic/natural - and free from sulfates, parabens and artifical fragrance. It took around 1 week for the product to reach me here in the UK.

Hair can also go through an adjustment period when switching to more natural hair care products.

I do not recommend their pillowcases…
I do not recommend their pillowcases and duvet covers because the ones I ordered do not match the colors shown on the website and the quality does not match the description. The pillowcases cause sleep lines which is one of the reasons I bought them.

Please note that the appearance of bedding can vary depending on lighting conditions, as well as screen settings when viewing product images online. Natural materials like bamboo viscose can also reflect light differently, which may make the shade look slightly lighter or darker in different environments.
Regarding the pillowcases, they are designed to be gentle and smooth on the hair and skin, but results such as reduced sleep lines can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Worst curl treatment ever
The worst curly hair product I have tried. The shampoo dries and entangles the hair so bad, I got frustrated even before I stepped out of the shower. It felt like I washed my hair with a cheap soap bar. My curls were ruined and the conditioner was not hydrating or detangling either. I tried multiple times, with the styling cream as well but the result was terrible each time. If you have curls prone to drying and need hydration, dont go near this product line. What a waste of money.

We can see that this was your first order, and it’s important to mention that our curl products are quite different from traditional products with silicones. Because of this, the hair can feel more “squeaky” or tangled during washing at first, especially if your hair is used to silicone-based formulas. We usually recommend shampooing twice and working the conditioner through very wet hair to help with slip and detangling.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we’re sorry that the products didn’t work for you. We do have many customers who love our curl range, but results can vary depending on hair type and routine.

This product is great
This product is great, I never had this much of baby hair, and it makes my hair grow faster that's for sure, and it tastes amazing! I would recommend using this product with omega 3, or pumpkin seed oil for more results.
