I coudn‘t imagine this company is so less focused on customers, they are simply not answering your complaints althought I paid upfront since 7(seven) month and topic still open and sales not concluded ! Just avoid it and serk for alternatives

Well, we were interested in an apartment in Dona Julia Golf - Casares. Our Agents were Terrena who in turn were working for Haya.
Our offer was accepted. But we were told we had to complete by the end of December 2023. We used our usual Lawyer in La Cala to handle all the transactions. After much too-ing and fro-ing she told us not to proceed as the questions Haya were asking just did not make any sense....and they were also unable to supply any evidence that the apartment was indeed "kosher".
Anyway, we did not proceed ... but decided to try again at the beginning of January... at an increase in price of €5000. Well, we loved the look of the place so we put our toes in the water again. Haya sent us a link and we had to fill in various data...which quickly became apparent didn't make any sense. So we contacted the name on the emailed link for help. It bounced back saying he was on holiday and to contact another gentleman. So we did. No response from him either. So I contacted the sales person at Terrena. He said he'd look into it. Sadly he didn't. So, 2 days later we'd simply had enough and cut our losses and continued our search elsewhere.
I truly wonder how on earth they ever sell anything. All those agents who supply to Haya must realise what a farce Haya are.
As a footnote. I contacted both the sales person at Terrena and the Commercial Director to explain our decision to withdraw. They did not even have the courtesy to reply....

This company is fake. They have fake apartments for sale that do not exist. I have tried to contact them so many times I have lost count. Numerous emails, expression of interest on the website, but no response whatsoever, apart from when I messaged them on Facebook and they throbbed me off with excuses. Scammers, avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time and energy with this company please 🙏

I tried to do a 'subasta' with them, paid them 1500EUR to participate which they should send back if I didn't win. Forget it, they took the money and nobody wants to contact me (even in Spanish). Their customer service doesn't respond for 3 months now...

I have been trying to get in contact with them to arrange a couple of property viewings. After seven weeks and too many attempts I give up and thank my luck I didn't get into similar problems with them that other people have already! Thank you to everyone for sharing your experiences! It is clear that Haya management doesn't care about their reputation!

Bellow pityful service, they don't take calls and don't respond to emails. I total pityful service 🤨

Stupid policies!
I was interested in an apartment and they told me I had to prove that I had been working in Spain for a full year. I told them I worked for my previous employer for 2 years but recently started a new and better paying job.

They said they couldn’t rent to me because I didn’t have a complete year of working in Spain. Even though I can prove that I have worked continuously for more than 2!
They even said “yes we know it’s a dumb rule” and “no this rules doesn’t confirm with us that people will pay rent” so why have it? They are being stupid and turning away good, honest people for no reason!

Very very bad and unreliable site/people. They place objects that DO NOT exist!!!

Unfortunately they are not professional. It seems they do not have the properties they advertise. Myself and a friend were looking at purchasing properties and they advertised a few interesting. First contact with them was a good experience, very professional but after that when it comes to show the property silence… I truly don’t understand what their true purpose is. As is said, if it is too good to be true, it isn’t. I am glad it turned out this way only God knows what would have been waiting around the corner if they would have taken me serious. In the mean time I found a property and buying and I would recommend the agency Maymar in the area of Orihuela Costa…

Haya estate is horrible. The service and communication is soo bad. Almost impossible to get in touch with an agent to make an appointment for a viewing. And on top of that they showed me now twice a different house then I was making an appointment for. So they not only waste my time, but also their own. And if you confront the agent about the problem he has 20 excuses and just says the house you like is already rented out🤯

Short version of our story. We are looking for a house to rent in Alhaurin de la Torre. I find this great freshly renovated house on idealista and try to get in touch with the agency. (This is in the beginning of October) we get in touch and make an appointment for the viewing for house 13. Then I get my confirmation on sms but now it says another address and house 20. I ask the agent I have been talking to, but she says no worries all houses are similar. I go there and the house inside is nothing like on the photos. I confront the agent and show him the house I thought I should see. Then he says that is house 7 and it is already rented out. Just takes a couple of days before they remove it from the website and other platforms.

One month later I see the same house on idealista and Thur website again. Now with a reduced monthly rent and an announcement that if you sign before 30 of November you first pay rent in January and no agency fees. I try to get in touch with them again, it takes about 2 weeks and a lot of mails, calling and patience. Finally we make an appointment for house 13 again. I receive again a confirmation on sms, with the correct address but it says house number 1.🙆🏼‍♀️ We drive there anyway just to see and again- waste of time. For the second time they show me the wrong house and it is the same agent from the first time and he tells me the same story again; “the house you like is already rented out, just takes a couple of days to remove it“ - I tell him you said the same thing one month ago and meanwhile the rent is reduced and you offer one month free how is that possible if it is already rented out!! He can’t answer that. Waste of time 😤🤬
