The product came in a few days and was exactly as the photos on the website.

Disapponting items quality. My mistake - I opened the box with two bedroom lamps I ordered quite later after I received them (I'm in a middle of the renovation) and I found items quality severely different from description/expectation, despite a not low price point. Tried to sort it out amicably with support, but their solution was just a 10% discount on the next order. Ended up purchasing other items somewhere else and drop away this cheap crap I got, which has been sold as design items. Sorry.

This website impersonates a Chinese company. My payment went to China, and the lamps I did order were shipped from China. Both lamps arrived damaged, have baseplates of different sizes (for the same item with a different color). The quality is very low.

Shipping took very long time. Obviously products come from China, not NL.
Lamp for dinibg table was a bit small for my room. Design is nice.
For wooden, light color lamp the electric cord is black which bothers me a bit.

The service hotline was very friendly and solution orientated. I really would recommend the shop.

We recently bought a round travertin ceiling light for our living room and are very satisfied. The product and the light is in very good condition and we are happy with it. We can recommend the seller!

I absolutely love my PH5-style Nordic ceiling lamp! The quality-to-price ratio is exceptional, and after a week of use, I’m genuinely impressed with it.
