Kiki lightning is a reseller of Chinese products. You pay for what you get. We ordered in August 2026 a
“Bauhaus-stijl vintage glazen hanglamp KL38 - Kleur : Blanc” (Bauhaus-style Vintage Glass Pendant Lamp KL38 - Color: Blanc). But we found out that both frosted glass lamp shades weren't flat on top. The lamps were hanging quite crooked. We send a complained to Kiki Lightning about the lamp. They said: 'To make up for our apology, we'd like to offer you a special discount—10%. Is that okay?' --- Of course not... We wanted a lamp that isn't crooked. After some time back and forth, we came to an agreement for them to send new glass lamp shades. After 1 month of waiting we finally got them. They actually are straight. I would like to thank Janice for keeping her promise. A learning tip for us... Never buy cheap Chinese lamps ever again.

We were a bit skeptical because we didn't know the brand, but the experience was great. The delivery was fast, the build quality was higher than expected, and we loved how it looks in our dining room!

Customer service were very quick to respond to my email about an error made in my order and we found a good solution. Overall a good experience.

My parcel was unfortunately returned and the customer service immediately contacted me and helped me out so I could still get my beautiful lamps. I would 100% recommend this shop.

So far zero communication back from Kiki lighting customer care (10 days in waiting). Waiting for a product that, judging by all one star reviews on trustpilot, probably is going to be a low quality product (if it even arrives). Should have read the trust pilot reviews before impulse buying!

We are extremely happy with Kiki Lighting and even happier with the lamp. Very high quality and exactly what we had in mind. It fits perfectly over our dining table. Ordering and shipping was super easy and fast.

Didn‘t send proper tracking information. Had to ask multiple times and it took more then one month for the product to arrive. Be aware that you are ordering a product from China.

The package was poorly packed and the product quality was very bad and not aligned to what was advertised on the website. Cheap materials and poorly manufactured and absolutely overpriced.

I made a purchase, awaited notification, tried to track package by entering order number and email, search engine unable to find my purchase. Wrote to support@ twice, no response. Made querie with chatbot, nothing. whatsapp account disconnected. After leaving a not good review, I received a response that it has been delivered ( it had), and was happy to locate and open the well packaged item...that was not amber (Verre ambré) but bright, translucent, mango-colored orange.

UPDATED COMMENT: I was able to reach customer service via email, and after many thoughtful exchanges they offered to accept a return...but I would have to pay for shipping to China. We finally agreed to a partial refund. The lamp itself is very pretty, just not the color I expected.

Fast delivery and within the delivery time given.

Lamp looks great, according to description and photos.

Terrible experience. They sent me fake items that looked nothing like the pictures on their website.

When I tried to return them, they refused unless I paid for shipping back to China, which from Europe is extremely expensive. I also had no confidence that they would actually refund my money once they received the items.

In the end, I was left with fake lamps that did not match what I purchased, and the company refused to accept the return or refund nearly €500 that I had spent.

The customer service was just as bad. At one point, they told me to destroy the items, send them photos as proof, and then they would refund me. Another suggestion was that the lamps were “amazing” and that I should simply give them to friends or neighbours. It was incredibly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against trusting this company.

am very happy with this lamp. After using it for a few days, I can say that both the design and the quality fully meet my expectations. The light is warm and pleasant, creating a very cozy atmosphere in the room.

The lamp feels sturdy and well made, with beautiful finishes and high-quality materials. It was also very easy to install and use. In addition, the product looks exactly like the photos on the website, which is always reassuring when ordering online.

Delivery was fast, the packaging was secure, and the overall shopping experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this lamp and this website to other customers.

KikiLighting has supported us with a technical problem with the lamp. The problem is not yet fixed, but they are trying very hard to solve it. We hope that the lamp will be fully functional again in this way soon.
