Payment process using credit card…
Payment process using credit card required me to wait in phone queue, listening to repeated adverts, for too long. I actually made 2 attempts - using hotline # (supposedly to be transferred, but gave up waiting) then using # from consultant but had to wait through another round of repeated adverts. The consultant himself was polite and helpful, but the instruction to email him so he could ring me came too late. I would prefer to know how long the queue is or even better, to be able to pay immediately & securely online.

I was extremely impressed with the service
I was extremely impressed by Renny who helped me book my trip online . This is the first time I have booked a trip by myself as my husband usually does it , but I wanted to surprise him for our wedding anniversary, so I was very anxious. Renny was so helpful as she guided me through the process and I was really grateful . The only thing that worries me is that I haven’t got a receipt and also I’m concerned about getting the itinerary so close to departure, so until I have that I will be on tender hooks .

Happy with booking service, Last year booked travel was cancelled due to conflict in Middle East and rescheduled to be taken in May 2027, Consultant was efficient and patient in answering queries to assist us the opportunity to travel on similar tour in May 27.
