I was scammed.

Ordered kids' backpacks a month ago. Keep talking to the bot since the beginning till the shipment got lost till today. They are still "searching for it." Meanwhile, I'm dealing with my bank and the police to get the refund. I mean yes, things do happen, deliveries do get lost sometimes - but then normal retailers don't act like scammers and take responsibility. Leaving this comment under all the company's branches to warn others. People, buy from reputable retailers. Kidero is not one of them. I was scammed.
