Buying locally as much as possible and that’s what I did with buying a new TV because at least if there is a problem I can just pop into the shop and explain what has gone wrong rather than go through a call centre to explain what has gone wrong.

Arrived in the agree time scale
Arrived in the agree time scale, both delivery men were polite and explained what they were going to do. Got on with it giving my son time to clear the cobwebs that has accumulated behind old freezer. From time of arriving, installing and taking away old freezer took all of 30 mins.

Excellent staff
We went to look at cordless vacuum cleaners. We weren't hassled but the staff were there to answer our questions. Having gone home to think about what we had seen i returned later to buy a machine.

New Neff double oven
Very helpful in store advice on a new double oven. Delivery was very quick. The electricians who fitted the oven arrived within minutes of its arrival and took all the packaging with them as the weather was awful . The old oven was collected very soon after the new one had been fitted. Very competitive on price and fitting charges too.
