For the high price of 29 Euro you get cheap china material

For the high price of 29 Euro, I received a product, a suncap, and it turned out to be just cheap plastic material. Problably cheaply made in China. Feels horrible on the head. A return of the product is too costly. I stepped into a trap, an advertisement on instagram. Never again.

Trouble

there was no way to see the basket before ordering. It was not possible to delete items.

I tried to get in touch with customer support to cancel my order- but nobody reacted. After a lot of trouble I finally got my money back.

I ask kerlwert to cancel my Order.
Insgesamt Theo sent it out.
As I am Not at Home in Germany and more to accept the Parcel After 10 days, because My Company sent me to Japan at Short notice, kerlwert was Not replying to my Request at all, to send me a Return Package.
They didnt answer my Request at all for over 1 week.
So They Only answer to You abput Money. Not if there is a Problem etc.

I Highlight recommend Not to Order anything from them. Customer Service dies Not reply at all within the promised 24h.
