Bought a car from their Hannover stand in Germany in 03/2025, and the car has numerous untold failures, from a broken hood latch, to a failed central locking module (at this moment), both diagnosed by VW repair shop.
Company generally speaking does not answer emails, and when they do is rejecting any problem whatsoever, not providing support and warranty as they should (1 year European warranty). This is very disappointing,
I wouldn’t advise you to buy from them as they don’t care about the after service and customer rights. If you buy from them, good luck paying for the repairs for yourself, in case the car comes with any issue they omit.
