Placed a deposit on a pre-order some months ago, and was a little confused about the timeline of the payment. However, the store’s support was very helpful in explaining that the rest of the sum will be requested only once the product is ready for shipment to the customer.

Once i paid the remaining balance the product was quickly shipped off, and it was all within the promised delivery date on the website.The package itself came damaged, which was all at the fault of the delivery company (DHL), but the product thankfully remained unharmed due to very generous amount of bubble wrap and wrapping paper keeping it secure during travel.

Overall, it has been a pleased experience and I am satisfied with my product, even if a pretty substantial hole in the packaging upon the delivery (which was definitely not handled gently by DHL despite having fragile labels stamped on multiple sides) did stress me out quite a bit.

It was very nicely wrapped and I appreciated the jjk cards that came with it, the figure was in great condition 0 flaws. Better ordering service than Crunchyroll NA and EU, will without a doubt order more!

Ordering was easy, products are as stated. Sucked that one of the products i ordered was cancelled but i did get a refund for that product.

Shipping was really fast, I received it insanely protected, the box was huge lmao. Even got 3 freebie Sanrio collective cards. That actually made my day! So tempted to repurchase :)

They’re quick to sort out your doubts as a customer and, once the item is in stock, super quick to deliver it too. This should be my 3rd or 4th purchase with Kamiko, and they always deliver with the careful packaging and nice goods on the side!
