As a small business owner in the early stages of building my brand, having responsive and reliable operational support has been incredibly important, and the Fulfillrite team has exceeded my expectations.

Steve was instrumental in helping me get started - answering questions, helping with account setup, and guiding me through the onboarding process with patience and professionalism. Later, Yosef also helped me work through some early shipping and setup issues, and both of them were consistently very responsive. In many cases, they replied within minutes, and almost always within hours.

That level of responsiveness and support is honestly rare today.

The entire experience has felt professional, smooth, and genuinely supportive for a growing business. I truly appreciate the team’s willingness to help and their attention to detail.

The onboarding was smooth and the platform is simple to use. Orders are processed reliably, and returns are well organized.
Their support has been great as well. Steve has been especially helpful, always replying quickly and helping us resolve things efficiently.

I received good support during the onboarding process which was great and helped me get everything up and running properly. It was easy to get my inventory to their warehouse and I have been happy with the services being provided. Orders get processed quickly (next day at latest) and the support team has been able to help me with any issues I've had. Also the UI is easy and intuitive with an extremely minimal learning curve which is a huge plus as I am always dealing with steep learning curves everywhere else in my business.

These guys were great to work with, even though I had some specific requirements - art prints are tricky to ship, but the team did a great job. Thanks, can't wait to work with you again! :)

I am very satisfied with the customer support and the quality of service I receive. As a growing small business, it is truly a pleasure to be able to ship my products to customers quickly, efficiently, and with minimal effort. For small businesses in growth mode, it is important to pay close attention to the topic of minimum monthly order requirements - something that is essential to understand when entering the world of 3PL fulfillment.

Fulfillrite has been very small business friendly. As a scaling brand, we needed a partner who could be faster than a mom and pop 3PL but still more attentive than a massive warehouse player. Steve was especially great in helping us get set up and taking us through the learning curves of the new WMS.

Outstanding service, great interface and integration options. Dedicated support team with a proper knowledge, no running around as it is common with other fulfillment services. Fulfillrite is definitely the best fulfillment service in my opinion.

Setup can take a little while if you have a lot of products and you must be orgnaized with your SKUs/barcodes and shipping. But once all that is figured out, everything has run pretty smoothly. Whenever we have had issues, their team is quick to address them. We plan to continue to use their services.

They have been super professional and smooth sailing. Integrations into Shopify are easy and my rep is there to help when I need. Still a little pricey for a small player, but also one of the few 3PLs that accommodate smaller ecommerce companies so very grateful for that!

So far, we’ve had a very good experience shipping with Fulfillrite. At the beginning, we had a minor issue with the packaging, but our support contact, Steve, resolved it, 5 stars for the service!
We’re deducting one star, though, due to the many possible additional fees if Fulfillrites strict requirements are not met perfectly.

I’m fairly new to e-commerce, so fulfillment was one of the parts I was most nervous about. From the start, Fulfillrite has been easy to work with and very supportive.
What I’ve appreciated most is the communication. I have an account manager I can reach directly, who answers questions clearly and helps me understand how things work as we go. Orders have been handled accurately, and when something comes up, it’s addressed quickly.
As a newer brand, that kind of reliability and guidance really matters. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reassuring experience, and I’m glad we chose to work with them.

I have been impressed with my experience working with Fulfillrite. This is white glove service and it's a really buttoned-up operation. Our rep, Steve, is very patient and easily-accessible. We're grateful to have someone who makes a point to be responsive and has provided multiple means to get in touch with him.

The service offering is solid. We put our trust in Steve and in the company to deliver our first Kickstarter project (1000+ orders) and it really went off very smoothly. The web portal is top-notch and allows real-time tracking of everything that's in motion. You can even set up outbound pallet shipments right from the portal, complete with labeling and BOL details. The goal is try to do these things without involvement from our rep, but when things need a little nudge, he's there to help.

We selected Fulfillrite after a lot of research and while not the least expensive service available, we're very pleased with the choice that we made.

I chose Fulfillrite as my 3PL to launch my haircare line (Académie Hair) and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team is responsive (Steve S. is amazingly helpful), the shipping has been seamless and my customers are happy. Highly recommended for businesses of all sizes looking for support with shipping.
