Great Little Find
Very happy that I found this company, Floorsafe Australia. I had been searching for the little round silver discs to go on the edge of my new decking steps. Because the boards are the same colour, the edge, particularly at night, was difficult to see. These have solved the problem. The ordering was easy and the delivery was quick.

I purchased a bulk of reinforced fibreglass tactile tiles and less than 48 hours later the product was delivered (which was about a couple of days before I expected them). They were incredibly well packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The tiles were very easy to install and came with the required hardware. I highly recommend the product and Floorsafe Australia.

Received the wrong product - completely different to what I had ordered.
I ordered tactile ground indicating tiles, and I paid extra to have them sent to me by expedited post. After several days, I received a delivery of a totally different product. From the enclosed cart note , it was clear I was sent someone else’s order - which obviously had a different order number than my order - and for a completely different product which I did not order and I had no use for. So I had to go to the extra trouble and the extra expense for me of repackaging and then sending that product back to the company via the nearest post office, which is actually quite a distance from my home. I am still waiting for my product to arrive.
