Exceptional Customer Service Experience
Floatlife Europe team is very kind and precise when giving tou all the information and guidelines about the products and the order, I had some questions and they asked me almost in a couple of hours with a few (normal) exception. At the very last I had a problem and need to cancel the order and they did immediatly, I am still waiting for the refound (I asked only 48h ago). So exceptional customer service. :)
UPDATE: refound received the day after, so in 72h. Again, exceptional! 🤟🏻

Very poor conditions on alleged new items
I am very disappointed with this purchase.
The Varials for XR I received arrived in poor cosmetic condition, with visible marks and even dents. Since these are aluminum parts, it is difficult to understand how they could arrive like this unless they were already blemished or were not properly inspected before shipping.
What makes this more surprising is that I have purchased Varial rails in the past and they arrived in excellent condition. In this case, especially after some previous less-than-great experiences, I had clearly stated in advance by email: “Please make sure the varials are immaculate with no marks/scratches at all, because it is a gift and I want it mint.”
I contacted them immediately, sent photos, and explained the issue clearly. They replied saying they would review it with the US team and come back to me with a resolution. However, more than 21 days have now passed since that reply, and even after I sent a follow-up email 5 days ago, I still have not received any further response.
Receiving a product in this condition is not acceptable, and the lack of follow-up has made the experience even worse.
EDIT: They ultimately offered partial compensation, which I appreciate, and they were polite throughout the process. I still believe the amount was lower than what would have been fair given the cosmetic damage, and lower than I would have expected compared with blem pricing, so I cannot rate this 5 stars. Still, they did make an effort to resolve the issue, which is why I’m updating this review from 1 to 4 stars.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cosmetic condition of the rails you received.
As discussed via email, the marks shown in the photos are cosmetic only and do not affect the functionality, performance, or structural integrity of the rails. We fully understand that this was particularly frustrating given that the rails were intended as a gift and that you had specifically requested a set in immaculate cosmetic condition.
Regarding the delay in communication, we acknowledge that the handling of this case took longer than it should have, and we apologize for that.
That said, we have not ignored the issue and have been in contact with you throughout the process. We have offered a goodwill partial refund should you wish to keep the rails, as well as the option to return them for a full refund if you are not satisfied with their condition.
Our goal has always been to find a fair resolution, and both options remain available.

Good overall!
Fairly long to ship, parcel tracking doesn't work and you cannot choose your delivery pick up location. Otherwise good stuff as usual from TFL, I wished the europe store had the same stock as the US one.

Thanks a lot for taking time to write your feedback on your experience, that's something we clearly value. As of shipping times, most of our order are shipped within 24/48hours, though with the first sunny days after winter we faced a spike of activity which resulted in longer delays.
About the stock, we completely got you and this is our MAIN target we're working on. As a comparison, six month ago and now, our stock inventory is way better than it was and we're not done. If you need any specific products, please feel free to hit us up so we can sort it out and get that stuff available for you.
