Buyer Beware - No Honesty
I am quite disappointed with my Flytex compression wear purchase, especially considering the premium price.
Shipping: The website stated that the product would be shipped from the USA via DHL. However, my order was shipped from China, which was unexpected and misleading.
Packaging: The item arrived in the usual cheap black plastic packaging. For a premium-priced product, I expected much better presentation.
Country of manufacture: I suspect the product is made in China, but there is no clear indication on the label of where it was manufactured.
Product packaging: The compression wear was simply placed in a basic plastic bag. Given the premium price, I expected more professional and appropriate packaging.
Lack of disclosure: Customers should be given clear and accurate information about where the product is shipped from, where it is made, and how it is packaged.
Overall, I feel disappointed because the website presentation and shipping information created an expectation of a premium product and service, but my actual experience was quite different. I believe Flytex should be more transparent about its shipping arrangements, country of manufacture, and product packaging.

First, regarding shipping: our products are indeed shipped from the United States, and we have a physical warehouse there. Therefore, the fact that your parcel may have passed through or been handled by another location does not mean that it was shipped from China.
It is also important to distinguish between the country of manufacture and the country of shipment. A product can be manufactured in one country and shipped from another.

Honestly, I thought it was all hype until I ordered my own pair. Flytex compression sleeves are good
Flytex compression sleeves are good. The ordering website is awful. They sell a pack for €59.90 that doesn't allow you to change the size of the Flytex compression sleeve. Right after placing the order I ask to change the size, they say the computer system doesn't allow it. In short, they send me the order with the wrong size, after I complained, very bad customer support.

Regarding the pack offer: the bundle system is automated, and unfortunately once the order is validated, some modifications including size changes inside promotional packs cannot always be edited manually before shipment. We understand that this can feel very rigid, especially when the request is made immediately after ordering.
That said, we also understand your disappointment in receiving a size you already reported as incorrect.
At Flytex, we are currently working on improving both:
the flexibility of bundled orders,
and the responsiveness of post-order support.

Not for serious runners
It’s a gimmick, nothing more, nothing less. The sleeves won’t do nothing to support or protect your knees, because that’s not how it works; a simple piece of elastic fabric is not preventing your knees from damage, or supporting them if you’ve already got knee problems. I bought two pairs of sleeves, summer and winter version, plus two shorts and one legging. And as a very experienced runner I can only say that the may look flashy, but the fit is awfull, far too many seams, everything sags (including the leggings, the sleeves and the shorts), so you might want to wear it on your way to your favorite hipster latte bar, but as for running gear it’s way beyond par. I did get a (partial) refund though, and the gear ended up in the used clothing bin.

-fit and sagging,
-seams,
-and overall stability during running
are not the experience we aim to deliver. This can sometimes be linked to morphology or sizing, but we acknowledge that your experience across multiple products was not satisfactory.
We also note that you received a partial refund following your previous exchanges, which means your case was already taken into account.
At Flytex, our goal is to offer performance-oriented compression gear, but it’s clear that in your case, the products did not meet your expectations.

Bought my first pair of Flytex compression shorts to run my first marathon and very happy with the product! Was able to run the full 42kms with my quads well maintained and store some extra gels in the inside pockets that were quite useful! :)
