I ordered a laptop stand in silver. A black one was delivered. The boxed condition was very poor, box was torn and falling apart. I asked for a replacment, they said 'no problem'. Then ghosted me. I contacted them 5 times over a period of 5 weeks with no response. I have now gone to Fair Trading. So unprofessional.
