Unfair contract breach and delayed refund by Flykube
Review regarding my booking for August 22-26, 2026. A few weeks before the trip, Flykube (Kube Ecosystem S.L.) proposed new flight options due to schedule changes. I formally accepted their proposal, but a couple of days later, the company informed me that they no longer had availability for those flights.
Because my vacation dates were fixed, I had to purchase alternative flights at the last minute by myself, which was significantly more expensive.
The customer service team confirmed a full refund on August 12th, but scheduled the bank transfer only for August 20th, holding the funds until just two days before the original departure date.
This message serves as an update in response to the company:
I understand that schedule changes can happen, but the way this situation has been handled is completely unacceptable. I booked my trip a month and a half in advance precisely to avoid this kind of issue.
Due to your failure to secure my travel arrangements and the fact that the refund transfer has still not occurred, I had to pay a significantly higher price out of my own pocket for last-minute alternatives, which nearly ruined my vacation.
Furthermore, you are still holding my money until my travel date, even though you failed to book any travel for me.
I will never travel with Flykube again after this.

It was a wonderful experience! I didn't have to think about anything of the booking process. The hotel was really nice and the whole experience of not knowing where I was going until two days before was really exciting. I recommend you doing this experience at least once. Nice prices and in the platform you can add and organize everything really well.

Our experience was great
Our experience was great! We decided to buy the 3 nights 4 days package and we got 4 full days to enjoy our destination since we left early in the morning and returned late at night. Our final destination was Sofia and with 4 full days we got the opportunity to enjoy a one day tour outside Sofia. Our hotel was well located and the standard according to our selection. The overall experience with FlyKube was really smooth.
