Nightmare in every point of the business.
Proposed pricing list with ufficial mail from sales, once I start to work with the application the price and options was totally different! I asked whyyyy they proposed something else 2 time! Blocking of money on 50% of my incoming, once the money is blocked you have to wait 15 days and the team replay always with Same mail. Definitely to stay away from them!

The file that was erroneously send to me why much with the written Mail send from your sales team?? If you send a clear proposal by mail and by pdf of 10.000 euro ATM free of fee and 15 ATM free of charge PER each card and in the incoming price I told you that I will reach 100 Pax, how you can propose me 2000€ ATM total for all my account over that this 3% fee up to 5000€ and that up to 8%!!!
I definitely understand and get away from this issue and and will relate my post if you will come back with a proposal that at least covers 50% of what you was selling me on my onboarding.
Over that this is not a correct practice to act in a business environment in this way, we have small margins and big competition and I can loose my workforce.
I am also updating my blockage rate that is now reaching 70% . I definitely understand checking of found time to time but 3/4 of my incoming not.
I definitely hope I a quick e profitable resolution because we are busy to work and we can’t loose time in this matter. We onboarding Finom to have Business assistance, but till now we are face only issue.
