I normally never leave reviews, but this company deserves one. I can’t give FixPart zero stars, but honestly, that’s what they deserve.

I ordered a part in April 2026 and paid extra for express shipping because I needed it urgently. Despite paying for faster delivery, the item didn’t arrive until July 2026 — three months later!

Throughout this entire process, there was practically no communication from FixPart. The only way to contact them is by email, and every time I contacted them, I had to wait around two weeks for a response. When I asked for a refund, including the express shipping costs, they refused. Initially, they even told me I couldn’t return the product because a month had passed, as if the delay was somehow my fault.

Eventually, I returned the product. Even then, I had to wait another three months after they received the return to get my money back, despite contacting them countless times to ask for an update.

And when the refund finally arrived, it was €10 less than the original amount I paid. I still haven’t received an explanation or a response regarding the missing money.

The entire experience has been unbelievably frustrating. Extremely slow delivery, terrible communication, long delays with refunds, and money still missing. There is no proper customer service, and resolving even the simplest issue takes months of chasing them.

Please save yourself the time, stress, and frustration and buy elsewhere. I would never order from FixPart again.

Easy to find the correct part on the website. Simple checkout and fair price. Very quick shipping.

I bought a part for my finger sander from FixPart, and it only lasted two weeks! Terrible quality! I tried contacting customer service, but I just got the runaround—I don't think I was actually dealing with real people! I am very disappointed!

FIXPART is a SCAM. Useless company and especially useless customer service. I ordered a Siemens tumble dryer part from the company and they wrongly sent me a Russell Hobbs part. They refused to send the correct part until I returned the wrongly shipped part to their UK depot. They also claimed they would refund me the postage for this. I have sent back the wrong part but have had no further contact with the laughable "Customer Service". It is impossible to speak to anyone at the company: all correspondence is by email, followed by automated messages promising to deal with issues. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a spare part for my bread toaster. They sent me the wrong part and refuse me to return it. They take no responsibility whatsoever. I lost my money

I ordered a lower spray arm for a Hisense dishwasher, I received what can only be described as electric flex and other parts for a domestic iron. I informed them of their mistake, they sent me a return label. I returned the parts as requested. A number of weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. What I don't understand, is they had showed me a photo of the part i'd ordered and yet made such a pathetic mistake. Even the original package had the correct part description and yet the contents were completely wrong. I will never use this company again. The only reason I gave one star is because I had no option.

Cannot get a hold of the customer service. Never got my order delivered, and they waive me off completely. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience !
I ordered vacuum bags following the reference of my vacuum cleaner on their website.
After receiving it, I see right away it is way too big (twice the size of mine)
I contact FixPart to return it and from there, I don't count how many emails I had to send, with pictures (twice), videos, explanation of why it was not the correct bags.
Today, issue still pending... They contact the factory.
I didn't knew I ordered golden bags...
Never, never, I had to proof like this just for a return.
Maybe should I hire a detective to send enough proof ?
I will never buy there again !

The return of the goods is a complete scam. After returning the item you will never receive your money back. Emailing and follow up for three months has shown me that this is also scam! Recommend to stay away from this.

Very fast shipping and good quality over the product

I ordered a replacement part from FixPart. I searched using my exact appliance model number, and their website confirmed that this part was compatible with my appliance. However, while it physically fits, it is functionally incompatible because crucial technical specifications (spring strength) were omitted from the product page. This is a clear case of misleading product details and a false compatibility confirmation.
Instead of addressing this issue, customer support only replies with automated, useless templates. It is impossible to reach a real person.
I demand a real representative to contact me immediately to process a full refund. Order ID: 202608413693

I got wrong part, report it answered all questions on reporting tool. And jet whole that week they keep asking same set of questions just by e mails one per day. So that may take ages. So fare they claiming that it will fit An8d if I want to return it i have to pay for delivery. That's not gonna happened

Don't trust them! Absolutely horrific service, I only received one part delivered after more than 2 weeks, even though I ordered 2 parts that shoul have been delivered after 1-2 days and 1-2 weeks. Now I have to proove that I didn't get the second part. How can I proove something that has not been delivered?!

I ordered a replacement part for the rubber of my freezer- this is not my expertise so I am not familiar with what is good for what so when I received my package I noticed it is not the right size.
I paid 56 euros for this rubber, and to return I was also asked to pay the shipping fee.
I received an email from postnl saying it reached them but they insist on saying that they havent received it.
It is already annoying that I have to pay a return shipping fee but they still havent processed my return.
I would definitely advise against to buy from them.

Customer service felt very unwilling to assist and I kept receiving what seemed like a template or AI generated email response prompting me to reach out to the manufacturer, even though the parts I was looking for my device (or alternative versions) were very generic items (silicone O-rings) and seemed to be available, resulting in an unsuccessful and unpleasant interaction.

Fast and precise delivery. Everything is good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered an incorrect part - they requested a photograph of why it didn’t fit, it was a fridge door shelf!!
Sadly I had already ordered the new part from them which came and did fit.
At the moment and it’s now 2 months ongoing I still have no refund for the returned part.
I have reported to PayPal so it is with them at the moment to resolve but the time and effort is simply NOT worth it, do yourself a favour AVOID at all costs.
