I ordered a barcelona 2024-25 away kit on June 3 of size L but the jersey they sent me was travis scott edition (delivered on 16 june) and i was okay with it, but the size they sent me was XL i contacted them immediately.

They said if i agree to accept the order they will give me 10% discount on another purchase, which i refuse then

they accepted to replace the jersey. when i returend the jersey all of a sudden every barca jersey went out of stock and they asked me to pick another jersey and i picked real madrid 2025-26 jersey, On 17th june pickup was initiated since then i wrote bunch of mails to them asking when my product will be delivered to me and they just keep lying to me that your product is dispateched this and that. when i contacted them again they requested me to give them 2days time to check wether my product is dispatced or not, if my product isn't dispatced within this time frame they will initiate refund.

after two days (on (9th july) they agreed to refund my money and asked for my UPI id which i gave them and they said money will reflect on my account with 4-5 business days.

Then on the fifth day (on 14th july) they suddenly dispatced my jersey out of know where, i contacted them again saying we agreed on refund then they said it's already dispatched we cannot give you refund.
i wrote couple of mails again demanding refund but they refused every single time. then i thought let it be atleast after over a month i am finally getting a jersey.

on 18th july i again recieved a defected jersey, i didn't even worn it once and the printed number was already coming off. then i realised they prepared it on hurry because they never wanted to give the refund, i wrote some more mails to them and they are not replying now.

from 3june to 18july i am continuously struggling.

So be carefull with your purchase, always look for COD and if it is not available then either ignore or pay via credit card, atleast through that you can raise dispute and get your money back.

Pathetic website to order.... Seems greedy once they received the amount.... Govt legal body shoul look into this as no phone number is availbale to talk to them.

If there was a negative rating would have preferred that. I ordered 2 products, which took ages to even initiate dispatch.

When I receive the product 1 received only 1. After raising the issue to the customer service email. They first dint respond properly of where exactly is the other product.

After 20 days they are responding with “out of stock” response. And not even ready to refund.

Website is a scam. Please steer clear…

Please don’t ever buy from footballmonk. Very bad experience.
First they had sent wrong Jerseys then after many reminder mails, which I had to send for more than a month because there was no proper response, they initiated a return. After which, neither did they send a new/correct jersey nor did they refund me the amount I paid
Football monk is fraud and I am going to consumer forum.

It is a scam they are frauds that take order and do not deliver it. I ordered jersey from them but for a week no shipping and when i email them they said its out of stock. I asked for refund no reply they said to just pick another jerset instead then I emailed them other jerseys link still no reply. They are just scammers.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

I ordered this as a gift for my brother based on the promised delivery date. Before the delivery date, I informed customer support that I would be relocating and clearly requested them to either deliver it on time or cancel the order if they couldn't meet the commitment.

Instead, they kept delaying the shipment for more than a week, gave repeated assurances, and failed to provide any real solution. Even when the parcel reached my area, it still wasn't delivered. By then, the gift had completely lost its purpose.

This isn't about the money—it's about respecting customers and keeping the promises you make. Poor communication, irresponsible customer support, and zero accountability.

I would not recommend this website to anyone until they improve their delivery service and customer support.

I had ordered two jerseys from this stupid page and had recieved only one. Had contacted them regarding the issue. The issue is that theres only a contact mail , no phone njmbers or address. They contacted back and assured either shipping the missing one or a refund in 24-48hrs. They have apparently packed the jersey and its been atleast 1month hasnt been shipped and since the order has not been cancelled no initiation of refund also.. such scamersss.. never ever order from them. Wish i had seen these reviews before

This website is a light day scam.
I have ordered a jersey on 9 June 2026 and today is 19 June 2026 and exceeded all the time limits given by them and giving excuse that FIFA is going on that is why it’s taking too much time. No proper communication assistance.
Every time they are replying on mail with same common word we will dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours.
Football monk is a light day scam.
Don’t fall for it.

Order placed and not fulfilled for last 2 weeks. Not even processing refund and asking to buy some other jersey. How can we get refund?

Taking orders for a jersey that they don’t have in stock so In football terms they are “daylight robbery”

Over 16 days since purchase. No visibility of receiving the product or refund. Paid 3500 total loss as of now. They do reply to mails but it's jst to push the day far.

They are a fraud company . Please do not order . They don't even have any customer care.. beware. I ordered 2 shirts.. never received

I received what seemed to be a totally random product over a month after I ordered.

I ordered a T-shirt in January and for some reason my GPay didn’t go through initially but they placed an order for cash on delivery! The next day I managed to make payment on GPay for that same order! Now when the delivery guy came he demanded cash so I refused and the product was returned! The return date is showing February 8th yet they haven’t refunded my money or responded to my emails! Yes I send more than one! This is the most rubbish website and a scam! People beware before ordering!

Apart from the delayed dispatch they do deliver nowadays. It's not like before how they didn't deliver, nowadays they are very active and they do deliver.

I should have read this site before ordering! Same issue- ordered a specific jersey - recieved another model. The quality was so poor, and they sent something which was probably used, as the tags were already off the shirt.

On raising a return request - they denied it stating they don't accept returns if the tag is not attached.

It's daylight robbery. They are pure scamsters - show out of stock quick selling items on website --- send substandard whatever close you have in stock ---- and deny returns!

I believe this needs to be taken legally even if it takes time and efforts and I am going to engage with appropriate government redressal forums to ensure they are punished.

They are fraud, ordered RM Tracksuit worth 2200 and they sent me a black RM jersey worth 1200. I haven’t lost 1000rs, but 2200 because that RM jersey was also of BS quality that no one would wear
