Half the items are missing from my package.
For an order totaling €404, I received only half the items; the Topdiag 200 Pro is missing from the package, as are components from the complete kit (BDM support, GPT boot, LED light, OTB, etc.).
The Toyota adapter is missing, and the LED light is unusable in France or Europe because it is designed for the UK electrical system—meaning it has the wrong plug and the wrong voltage requirements.
So, I placed an order for €404 but received only half the items, and what I did get isn't fully functional.
I am very disappointed.

Your order was not shipped in one single package. Due to the size and contents of the complete kit, your order was divided into three separate parcels:

The TOPDIAG P200 Pro and the remaining accessories you mentioned, including parts of the complete kit such as the BDM support, GPT Boot, OTB, LED light, Toyota adapter, etc., were shipped separately in the parcel with tracking number UL391663075YP.
According to the tracking information, this parcel was successfully delivered and signed for. You can check the tracking here:

We have also contacted the shipping company directly, and they confirmed that the parcel was delivered. We also have the corresponding proof of delivery/signature.
Therefore, the situation is not that we only shipped half of your order. The order was sent in three separate parcels, and the parcel containing the TOPDIAG P200 Pro and the missing accessories was shipped separately and is confirmed by the carrier as delivered.
We completely understand that you may not have personally received or seen this parcel. However, once the carrier confirms delivery and provides proof of delivery, we unfortunately cannot determine what may have happened to the parcel afterward. For example, whether it may have been received by someone else at the address or taken after delivery is something we cannot verify.
We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We have already provided a possible solution and are still willing to work with you to resolve the matter as reasonably as possible.

Customer service took via teamviewer access to my laptop and managed to do all things to happiest closure of a case.
Ill say for holding this device 2-3 years. Never betrayied me. Sometimes you just need to reboot the programme for updates.
Ill give 11/10 because there is no more stars than five ❤️

Application not recognising drivers
Considering the time zone difference, was difficult to get a hold of them due to different working hours, but they went above and beyond kept me updated with what’s going on they were trustworthy and resolved whatever issue I was having, it was to do with the drivers not being recognised, in the end was very happy with them they were very patient and helpful with me thank you
