I bought a Swiss voice phone for my mam who has dementia. It was on sale and even without the sale price it was better priced than on other sites. The item I ordered was damaged before it left the company. I was contacted by a lovely girl named Paulette who informed me of this.
I decided to choose a different but similar item for my daughter and it was delivered without issue.

No response to refund query
Recently bought a fan which was faulty. Expert organised a collection on it and apparently processed a refund 10-12 days ago. No sign of refund and no one responding to my emails looking for confirmation of it.
Once I receive the refund I won’t be dealing with this company again

I can confirm that the refund has been issued. The refund was requested when the faulty item was processed through our warehouse following its collection.

Unfortunately, once a refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account can depend on your bank or payment provider.

I've bought a fan, a washing machine and a fridge freezer from Expert Tullamore in the last few months and got excellent service, from the sales staff in the shop to the delivery/installation team. It was next day delivery for the fridge & washing machine and they took away the old machines. Highly recommend.
