Easy and no fuss
Great place, no line to get service unlike Ria across the street. Straightforward and easy currency exchange. Air conditioned, which is a nice plus in the summer heat. The guy at the counter was easy to work with and the rates are decent

I ordered silver coins from Berlin Office, it was not my first order but this time unfortunately I had received a torn package inside, but the silver coin plastic box was ok, undamaged. But I was still not comfortable and wrote an Email to Berlin Office with the photos I made and asked them how I could make sure that coins were not changed... There Herr.Schneider phoned me and immediately offered a solution that I could go to Hannover Office which is close to me and there they can check my coins whether they are original or not. There I met Frau Gassmann, she was very nice and checked my coins one by one and showed me also how she does it :) Therefore I am giving 5/5 stars to the friendly and solution oriented team of Exchange AG Deutschland 👍😃

Sehr geehrte Frau Realm,

Dear Mrs. Realm,
thank you very much for leaving us 5-stars. 💛 But most of all we are very happy that we have won you as a regular customer and convinced you with our service on all orders. Sorry that your last package was damaged - of course that should not happen! But it's great that Mr. Schneider was able to help you directly by phone and that you can now be sure that your silver coins are the orignal coins which you ordered.
With kind regards
Your EXCHANGE Team
