After only 5 wears, a hole appeared in the left toe, extremely disappointing.

Very comfortable socks. Good service from order to delivery. Will continue to buy from Eversock. Very pleased.

Do not buy from this company! I bought from them and after wearing one of the pairs the socks were faulty. I checked the other three pairs I received from them and they all had the same fault. I flagged this the next day after I got the delivery to them and they have refused a refund. I offered to return the items and did not want any replacements as I am not confident in this brand anymore. They have refused a refund even though it is within my consumer rights. Customer service has been appalling and I would not waste my time or money if I was you.

Eversocks response has been disappointing and after owning compression socks from other companies they say the fault in their socks is apart of the design and not actually a fault. Which is ridiculous and a cop out. They refuse to acknowledge consumer rights and are clearly violating it by refusing a refund. I will be reporting them to trading standards and I would recommend not buying from ever. Especially since they ship from China, constantly have “offers” and I assume they are just drop shippers but that’s just my opinion.

I have worn compression stockings for many years, these are by far the most comfortable toeless compression stockings I have ever had. I have since ordered a few more pairs.
Brilliant company to deal with, I misunderstood the sizing and ordered the wrong size. They replied to my email promptly and were very understanding and helpful, explaining the sizing to me. Reordered the correct size immediately for me.

Lovely soft socks that fit perfectly and definitely work as true compression socks

Have not received my order. Tracking is non existent and no answer to emails. Another scam company that posts fake reviews on its website. Don't bother with express shipping as it doesn't exist. I fly tomorrow and now don't have the socks I've paid for. Maybe they should be more honest about where the socks originate instead of the usual rubbish about a small family company based in London!

I am wearing them to work for 10 1/2 hour shift and after one to two wears they get a hole in the toe. That said they are helping with the swelling but very disappointed that the toes of the socks are not strong enough and for the price should be.

Second order . Still delighted with comfort and fit. Just a suggestion? It would be really useful if you had a true walking sock in your range? Something with reinforced toes and heel and more padding under the sole. If you could achieve with the same level of comfort you’d be onto a winner. P.S. I have no idea of the technicality involved!

I placed an order 5 days ago and have had no email confirmation. Has anyone else had this experience? Money taken on day. Reached out to customer service with screenshots but have had nothing back. Double checked my details (ordered via SHOP) so all pre-filled. I’m wondering if socks will just show up? £50.

Edit - I’ve changed my review as the socks arrived in the UK 11 days after ordering; there was no tracking but they showed up in in-post box which seemed to be redirected right at start of order. Customer service isn’t responsive enough but did get one email week or so after ordering with overseas tracking - I can’t understand how I never received a single email with order / dispatched etc but to be fair they are here now and seem decent quality with good compression and size as per website

All the eversock range are just so comfortable so unlike normal support stockings, the new bamboo range are so, so soft but very supportive and come in range of super colours. I'm sure you won't regret trying them !

Terrible company, with awful customer service.

Order was placed on 4th August. Website states 1-2 business days to be dispatched, 3-10 days for delivery.

7 business days in, my order had not been dispatched and my emails were not responded to.

I requested that the order be cancelled, in Friday 14th August which was ignored.

On Saturday 15th August, I emailed again, saying I wanted to cancel the order, which was ignored.

A few hours later, they have dispatched the order, and therefore the items cannot be cancelled.

Policies on their website state the following:
1. Shipping is processed within 1-2 business days
2. Orders can be cancelled anytime before the order is dispatched

I want someone to contact me to resolve this issue, the lack of response to emails is concerning and to then dispatch the items after multiple cancellation requests is unacceptable.

I wear safety shoes in work 10 hrs a day 5 days a week, the 3 pair of socks I bought have got a hole in toe area already. Compression is good not as much swelling in my ankles but so disappointed for the price of socks

I ordered a size M, which left marks on my legs, I contacted them and they sent me the next size up, no problem. Very helpful I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Socks are really good, I don’t even realise I’m wearing them all day, even in this heat.

Compression socks ordered for elderly mother. Took weeks to arrive. The website advertises a 100 day fit guarantee, but they do not respond to emails so pointless!
Its a real shame, as the socks themselves are great.
An expensive error.

Dreadful. Weeks to arrive. Too late for my flights. Weren’t in pst el shop. They told me they were.A pair arrived delivered to home. Told a pair back in shop. Picked up. Now have two pairs. Say can’t process returns. Scammers and tell lies
I post g two pairs to London address. Only option left. Raised dispute with my bank too. If you genuinely want a good review then arrange a return for me. Your msgs to me are just waffle

Ordered 9 days ago for my holiday and still not received!! What they don’t tell you is that it comes from China. I emailed 24hrs ago and no response.
I ordered a pair of compression socks for a flight from Amazon here next day. I’ve emailed asking how I return because I will be out of the country for 3 weeks and no reply. If you order socks for a flight you’d think 10 days would be ample time for them to arrive. Non existent customer services.

The company do not offer a refund, even when the product does not fit and they can not provide an alternative. They initially responded once within 24 hours and now they are not replying even though I contacted them straight away. I now have a product I can’t use, am down £85 and they are ignoring me. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before purchasing their larger offer! They offer a fit guarantee but this is only if you ‘fit’ what they offer…. Advice if you have a slightly wider foot do not purchase.

Bought 4 pairs 2 standard and 2 bamboo. The advert clearly said that they have an exchange system in place so if returned within 30 days they will exchange. So bought 2 different sizes. One bamboo size is too small and 1 standard is too big. Emailed company 20 times, Facebook messaged. Never reply so unable to return for an exchange or a refund. Socks that do fit are great but their abysmal customer service means I won't buy again.

Unable to return socks that don't fit. Dreadful company. Socks not particularly good quality,most certainly not worth the high cost.

Eversock are the best compression socks ive tried, they're not tight but do the job they're made for and can be worn for support when flying. 5 stars for me.
