Dreadful. Weeks to arrive. Too late for my flights. Weren’t in pst el shop. They told me they were.A pair arrived delivered to home. Told a pair back in shop. Picked up. Now have two pairs. Say can’t process returns. Scammers and tell lies
I post g two pairs to London address. Only option left. Raised dispute with my bank too. If you genuinely want a good review then arrange a return for me. Your msgs to me are just waffle

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery. Our tracking shows that the order did arrive and was awaiting collection at the parcel shop, as advised in our email correspondence. We appreciate there has been some confusion around the delivery and collection, but we would never intentionally mislead a customer.
