Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service. I still haven’t received my order, yet somehow I’ve already received a request asking me to review it. How am I supposed to review a product that hasn’t even been delivered?
I’ve been waiting with no satisfactory resolution or clear information about when my order will actually arrive. Taking payment and then leaving a customer waiting while asking for a review is frustrating and unprofessional.

Placing the order was easy and the communication of the vendor was timely and complete.
There was an issue with their logistics partner (extended delay without explanation) but the vendor escalated the issue and solved it by having the goods delivered in record time.

Poppers are leaking
The most expensive poppers, Everest premium, are always leaking. I buy them and after a week they’re empty and during parties they spill all over my nose, moustache or mouth because the lid is not stable.. I could easily waste my €17 on gasoline. So please take care of your products being useful and not disabled..

Please be sure we check every bottle while preparing your order. Unfortunately this product is a liquefied gas, sometimes our parcels are mishandled causing the gas to push up the lid and sometimes leak.
Please do contact customer services with pictures of the damage in order for them to provide a solution :-)

The packaging is terrible. Poppers were poured into the whole package. And other silicone materials have always harmed it. It's just terrible. And even though I contacted them, they never helped
