Disappointment
The packaging is terrible. Poppers were poured into the whole package. And other silicone materials have always harmed it. It's just terrible. And even though I contacted them, they never helped

Please be sure we take great care whilst preparing each parcel.
Unfortunately this product is a liquefied gas, sometimes our parcels are mishandled causing the gas to push up the lid and leak while on a long journey.
I see that you have contacted our team, who have replied each time.
They are waiting for you to forward photos of the damage in order to provide a replacement solution.
