I have just paid a visit to your Stevenage branch and had a very very pleasant young man by the name of Bradley help me with the plastic trims I was after. I went in with absolutely no idea what I was talking about or any understanding of the products you sell however Bradley was so kind and polite with helping me choosing the right trims I needed for the work I was doing the level of service from such a young person like Bradley nowadays is very limited however he showed professionalism understanding kindness and he is a true gentleman towards your customers. I commend this person and so should you as a company fantastic.
