Staff very helpful always got plenty of stock and it is of good quality

Always informed to how things wher going threw the sale and after it

Everything was excellent couldn’t fault the service

Very pleasant experience didn't try and give you the hard sell

only thing is the amount of mail you get to send documents can't send them if we don't have them and the threat of cancelling the policy in 7days isn't good a simple phone call would sort things better
