Poor business practices
While I was impressed with delivery time and responsiveness, half of my order was wrong. The packing slip had the right part number but once we were able to install the parts, we found that they were wrong completely. Box part number was different than the unit part number inside and neither of which is what we ordered and was on the packing slip. Tried working with EUAutomation to rectify the situation and they'd rather the customer bear all consequence and expense than holding their supplier or themselves accountable.

Fantastic experience with this company
I made an inquiry on their website regarding an obsolete part. Rep Jordan Hulsey emailed me immediately and explained that they had this part, but it would ship from Germany. I ordered the part and got notification that it had shipped early the next morning. It was delivered and, in my hands, faster than I could buy similar from a US vendor. Will certainly be using them again in the future

Missed delivery deadline and unilateral order cancellation
Very poor experience. After accepting a quotation and paying in full for a motor under Incoterm DAP, with a stated delivery time of 10 to 14 days, the delivery deadline was not met.
During the process, contradictory information was provided regarding the location of the goods, and after the agreed delivery period had passed, an additional shipping cost was requested.
When we refused to change the originally agreed terms, the company unilaterally cancelled the order, effectively acknowledging contractual non-compliance.
Unprofessional handling with significant operational impact on the customer.

Sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us. After reviewing communications sent between yourself and our sales representative that there was a slight mix up on the Leadtime, with us quoting working days, but you counting weekends. However we sincerely apologies for having to cancel your order due to escalating shipping fees. After reviewing the order as a whole it does appear that our sales representative made an honest error with the weight of the part meaning that the cost to ship from the United States was much more than expected. I can see that you have now been refunded for your order and we have started a process internally to make sure this error is prevented in the future. I really hope that you may consider us for future orders and please do reach out if you need any further questions answering .
