Fantastic experience with this company
I made an inquiry on their website regarding an obsolete part. Rep Jordan Hulsey emailed me immediately and explained that they had this part, but it would ship from Germany. I ordered the part and got notification that it had shipped early the next morning. It was delivered and, in my hands, faster than I could buy similar from a US vendor. Will certainly be using them again in the future

Have to be the worst delivery company out there

Attempted delivery to a business address at 9:42PM, then tell me that they will re-deliver in the next 3 days

AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!

Pretty disappointed, after ordering business cards and small run of stickers to test the quality, delivery punctuality and service

Delivery on the business cards was good and on time. Waited too long for the stickers which we have had made by other companies in a much shorter time.

Customer service is an automated bot and is useless, and you cannot contact them at all to speak to a human

We currently have over 40 different label designs, 5 different designs of brochures, and 2 different catalogs and thought we would give 360 a chance to gain our future business for future orders of these items (after checking the initial order)


Lesson learned, we'll not be ordering from them again

*Edit after vendor reply _ More canned responses, check their reviews out, (something I wish I had done prior to ordering), they never, ever tackle the issues, just a generic automated reply. Do your homework and do not use this company for your printing needs, you could end up regretting it like we do
