Exceeded expectations.
Came on time and was quick and efficient. All stains were removed and carpet came up like new. Could walk on it in only ten minutes and furniture back in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

A guy turns up with a dirty towel and bottle of pink liquid and wipes not even 30cm of tile and then quotes over 800.00 to clean and seal the floor a rip off charging $50.46 to do a spot assessment really disappointing what Happened to doing a free quote

Our technician visit includes a paid inspection and demonstration, which allows us to properly assess the condition of the tiles and grout, test a small area, and provide an accurate quote based on the actual results achievable. The $50.46 fee covers this on-site assessment and is deducted from the total cost if you proceed with the service.
We don’t provide fixed quotes without inspecting first, as tile and grout conditions can vary significantly. Our aim is to give honest, realistic pricing based on what can actually be achieved.
