They ship from south of France so the delivery takes couple of days more than local warehouse delivery. I was drawn to this store for good prices. I saw people complaining about delivery however I did not had issues. I had paid extra and selected parcel point delivery to face less issues. I got my order 6 days after my order. Products were in good order. They could improve their services by offering other shipment options like DHL.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I really wanted quickly. I ordered them and paid for express shipment. The shoe snever arrived; they were somhow shipped and the returned to Ekosport without any explenation. As this process took long, i ordered the shoes elsewhere. I cancelled the order and got a refund on the shoes. They still charged me for the express shipment, even though the item never arrived at my home.

I ordered for more than 300 euros. The parcel did NOT arrive, and I suspect the delivery service left it unattended and even fake-signed for delivery (if it was left with one of my 100 neighbours-I live in a high appartment building- the delivery service would have put a note in my postbox as to which neighbour would have signed for it).
I nofitied Ekosport and the delivery service and had to fill out sone forms. Since FIVE MONTHS now, I have been asking every three to four weeks what the status of the parcel is, and each time the reply is ‘the delivery company is investigating the matter’. I have now escalated the issue with my credit card company.
I gave 2 stars not just 1, because the webshop is quite nice and another order I made once (thankfully had that one delivered to a parcelpoint NOT to my home) arrived fine and the products are great. WORD OF WARNING: DO NOT HAVE GOODS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS BECAUSE IF IT GOES WRONG EKOSPORT LETS YOU DOWN. (They could have put much more pressure on the delivery company as it is unacceptable that they are investigating what happened to the parcel for 5 months already. But Ekosport does not seem to care. Also 2 stars not 1 because the customer service people are quite friendly, BUT the people that are supposed to deal with non-delivery are NOT proactive at all and don’t care that the delivery service is stalling and taking 5 months and still counting for their ‘investigation’ Why would Ekosport care? They have my money…

I ordered something on the 23rd of Jan 2026. The package never arrived (not their fault). They promised me to send it again, they didnt and did not communicated for 3 weeks. I then requested my money back. It has been 4 weeks since and still not seen any money. They are slow to respond, not proactive and in the end I lost couple hundred euro's. Never order from these guys again.

I ordered a helmet that was supposed to be delivered within 3 business days. It wasn’t, so by the time they tried to deliver it, I was on vacation. For them it doesn’t matter, they just throw it on the street somewhere near your house and then claim it was delivered.
I found my parcel two weeks after I returned from my vacation at a neighbours place who thought it was strange that this parcel was out on the streets.
Ekosport keeps repeating that they delivered in on time. Returning is impossible unless you pay.
All in all: DO NOT ORDER WITH EKOSPORT.

Good delivery time, and product in perfect state

Ekosport is a great option for anyone looking for quality sports equipment at a fair price. I found a Black Diamond down jacket here for significantly less than on the official website, and the purchase process was smooth. The option to pay in installments was a nice bonus, and shipping was impressively fast.
I can’t speak much for their customer service since I sent an inquiry about my delivery and never got a reply but to be fair, the package had already arrived by then. Overall, the website is well organized, offers excellent brands, and provides really attractive deals. I’ll definitely be checking it again for future purchases.

My packaging was unfortunately lost by the shipping company but Ekosport team reacted fast and solved this issue immediately. Great costumer service! We are also very happy withe the price-quality ratio! All recommendations :)

Very fast, smooth and easy order & delivery process. Fully satisfied.

I used the website twice in 2024 and in 2025. I am pleased with it. The site always offers known brands for the discounted price a lot earlier into the season. Which is pretty cool. Last year I ordered the jacket in two sizes and returned one without any issues. The delivery to NL takes around four days, or up to a week, which is fair.

Perfect pair of shoes. Cheap and quick in delivery

Quick delivery, good prices, easy ordering system, good communication. However, before ordering, be aware returning any goods is at your own risk and costs. I knew what risk I was taking, I just want you guys to take this into account.

Ekosport does offer a return via a selected courier, which is at a fairly low cost. But unfortunately there is no service point of that specific courier in my country. So I had to turn to DHL, which was a bit more expensive (return from NL to FR cost me € 11,50).

So, I have no complaints about the store or it's delivery etc. at all!
Just, before buying, either make sure you want to keep the item or otherwise take the risk of having to return and pay about 10 bucks for... well... nothing...

Fast delivery, great product, sharp price. Excellent experience.

Good variety of products and discounts. It takes some days for the package to arrive but that is fine. You need to pay 8 euro for return. It would be great if it was free from some amount.
