Feel’s fine. However size minimum one up on normal eur size. Could be 5 cm lower waiste for us with bulb. Look’s like danish/scandinavian shop. However product is shipped from china. Takes a while.

I ordered 1 package of underwear

I ordered 1 package of underwear, and when I was finalizing the order, they made it look like you could save an additional amount, but when you agreed, they automatically charged the order to an additional package, after immediately realizing this I’ve been trying to contact their supposed 24/7 support customer care, with no reply, I repeatedly asked them not to send the second order, minutes after placing the original order, no response, numerous times, so of course two orders show up , tossed in the middle of my lawn , no where near the mailbox or porch , so I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to return these second package, no response, the quality is so-so , I would not use this company again, beware

No response to requests to return/exchange

The product was too small, so I contacted them to arrange a return/exchange. I have Emailed them 3 times, contacted them through the form on their web site once, and also through Facebook Messenger. I've had no reply to anything. Not just bad customer service - non-existent. Take the money and run.
