Highly recommended. They have been taking good care of my ETF portfolio, are reliable and responsive. The newsletter they send out regularly is informative and very helpful for people like me, that only superficially understand how investments work.

What I like about Easyvest:

+ The app: very pretty design (I love the graphs!), great user experience, easy login with itsme, integrated with online Belgian government services like MyPension so that they can retrieve your pension data, and it calculates nicely future taxes & inflation rates. Very impressive work by their development teams!

+ The blog: a large number of articles, explaining how investments, ETFs and taxes work in Belgium. This makes it very easy to learn what is needed to get started in investing, particularly in Belgium.

+ The company: a Belgian company, located in Belgium, with funds deposited via a Belgian broker & regulated by the FSMA.

+ The service: very friendly & professional onboarding by Géraud :-) All questions answered very fast. I haven't tried yet the AI clone of the founder in the app but that is fun idea :-)

+ The costs: very low for the service you get comparing to alternative options.

In my opinion, there's nothing remotely comparable on the market in Belgium at the moment. It does exactly what it says it does - efficient, easy and transparent. Great customer service too.

Easyvest customer service does not cease to positively impress me with their customised personal dedication and assistance, always on a timely manner. Transparency and a fluid e-mail communication flow in the frequency agreed upon are also extremely useful features. As a first time investor I strongly recommend Easyvest to anyone with a surplus and an intention to properly capitalise on it.

If you're looking for an easy way to invest, long or short term, don't want the hassle of managing your own portfolio and don't want to pay ridiculous transactional and yearly fees that the big banks charge, speak to Easyvest. They are very approachable, knowledgeable and offer a great product. Having access to your portfolio online also means that at any point of time you can check to see how things are doing, but you will always have the ability to speak to someone directly if you need any support or advice. With Easyvest, I feel like my money is in safe hands, and I am confident that I will reach my investment goals.

It's probably not for everyone and I can only base this on my anecdotal experience, but for me it has just the right combination of ease of use, features and approachable support, while leveraging a Leleux partnership to provide security.

An excellent solution to get you investing!
Most people put off investing for their pension until it's too late or worse, listen to their banker and invest in expensive and badly performing funds.
Easyvest offers a low-frills, low-cost way of getting a broad market exposure and easily keeping an eye on it (even-though you shouldn't look at it) from your phone. No one else in Belgium does it as easily and as cheaply.
Also great for an EIP that's invested in something smart.
And the team is great.
Really, you should definitely give it a look, then a try.

the interaction with Easyvest was just ... easy. I had 1-2 calls with Corentin and I received all the clarifications I have asked after which I invested. their website is very useful as well. I receive regularly updates about my portfolio and I can log in to see the situation when I want.
