As a small business owner
As a small business owner, customer service is so important to me to that I can keep everything running smoothly without interruption.
The easy signs team are always there to provide prompt responses, along with solutions to any problem. I recently had an issue where my gazebo frame was damaged in the weather, this would have costed me $700+ for a new frame, however the team quickly responded and I received a new frame within 2 days of my email. This allowed me to continue running my business at the markets.
A huge thank you to the team for everything. Everyone is always super helpful and genuinely wanting to provide a good outcome.

Signs are fantastic
Signs are fantastic, very pleased, boxed well. I just encourage Easy Signs to look at using Australia Post. To get them, I had to have them shipped to a family member in Sydney (only took 2 days after payment) and then they had to pay $58 to get them posted express to King Island Tasmania. I’d be very happy to pay that extra to have them shipped directly. It wasn’t that much more expensive but I’d order more often if it was a simpler process.
