e-Gear.dk gik for første gang online den 8. december 2010, hvor konceptet var salg af kvalitetsprodukter indenfor hardware, gamingudstyr og computertilbehør. I april 2012, da vi som nye ejere overtog e-Gear.dk, valgte vi at ændre strategien for e-Gear.dk og fokusere 100% på salg af softwarelicenser. På e-Gear.dk finder du derfor softwareprodukter til nogle af Danmarks laveste priser og du finder ligeledes softwareprodukter som ingen andre danske forhandlere tilbyder. 2020 Året tæller 2020 og igen vælger e-Gear.dk at udvide virksomheden. I starten af året har vi foretaget store ændringer, blandt andet er en ejer trådt ud og en ny ejer er kommet til. I dag ejes e-gear.dk af virksomheden SoftwareNerds ApS som ejes af brøderne Benny og Martin Egesø, som også agerer som virksomhedens direktører. Derudover er Morten Lund tiltrådt som kundechef og sikrer at alle vores kunder altid får den bedst mulige support sammen med hans team. I 2020 vil e-Gear.dk løbende udvide med nyt sortiment, som blandt andet kommer til at inkludere fysiske varer som f.eks. brugte bærbare og tilbehør, online games med alt fra eksisterende spil til preorders. Der vil også komme meget mere fokus på gaming-computere igennem vores udvalgte samarbejdspartnere. Vi vil løbende udvide vores sortiment med varer som supplerer vores nuværende forretning, så hold øje med e-Gear.dk i 2020 - der kommer til at ske en masse nyt!

Great way to save money on software; no telephone contact

I have saved a lot of money by buying software through e-Gear and am really pleased with this. In general, I have gotten good service, but there was one incident out of several otherwise good ones I've had, that was frustrating. I e-mailed multiple times about problems I was having with one particular software product key to the firm and they finally replied much later that the email got lost in their system. I was frustrated because I had sent several emails without a response and the firm has no telephone listed for service! I highly recommend that e-Gear make some telephone contact hours available for such things! In all of the other transactions I had with the company, I got prompt response and good service and like I said in the start, I am very satisfied with their products.. thus the 4/5 rating.
