I took one week from I sent a techical question, until I had an answer. When agreeing to pick up the needed sparepart in one of their stores, they didnt have the part. When sending the part, it took 3 working days from the part was sent until it was possible to track. This gives me almost 3 weeks without a working e-scooter. Not good enough!

TAT (TurnAround-Time) was good and within 24h. The approach was professional and had a clear scope to identify the problem. A full inspection was suggested which I have ditched as I was pretty sure where the challnege was, hence proactively purchased and ordered the affected part (screen-card), since the product is out of warranty now.
